Wordpress Font Resize plugin
There are several of these about, and they all have similar functionality. But at present they all seem to rely on Javascript. Javascript should only be used to enhance, and shouldn’t be a requirement.

Wordbank
The DRC have, according to Ouch!, started to use a service provided by Wordbank.
It seems strange that the DRC promote accessibility, including Web accessibility and yet employ the services of a company that flout the guidelines! they may display a W3C WAI AA WCAG 1.0 Logo but thier site leaves a lot to be desired. [...]
